At Elkhorn Silver®, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most non-custom items within 30 calendar days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided (such as your order confirmation email or order number)
📩 Please Contact Us First
Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or may not be eligible for a refund.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items modified at the customer’s request (including custom lengths, clasps, or design changes)
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page
Partial refunds may apply in certain cases.
🚚 Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
We will provide a full refund or exchange if your item:
- Arrived physically damaged
- Has missing parts or components
- Is significantly different from what was ordered
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you experience any of the above issues.
💵 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
🛍️ Sale Items
Sale, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
📫 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
