We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders ship from Washington, Missouri (63090), and delivery times depend on your location.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped Monday through Friday.

We use reliable economy shipping services for most orders and provide a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Depending on destination and carrier availability, orders may ship via UPS, USPS, or another major carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If we notice a potential issue with the shipping address, we may reach out to verify details before shipping. This may delay shipment until we receive confirmation.

If we are unable to confirm the address in a reasonable timeframe, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages After Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

Elkhorn Silver® is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, mail areas, porches, side doors, or other delivery locations. You may also wish to contact the carrier directly for delivery details.

If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a report with your local police department. You may be able to use that report to file a claim through your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.

We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.

High-Value Orders

We take extra care in packaging and shipping every order—because each piece we create is one of a kind.

For higher-value orders (typically $250 and up), signature confirmation may be required upon delivery to help ensure your handcrafted piece arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If you have concerns about delivery, we’re always happy to help where we can.

If an email address is not provided at checkout, we may use the phone number entered to send order updates, including shipping and delivery notifications via SMS (text message). Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

International Shipping

International orders may require address verification prior to shipment to ensure reliable delivery. Orders that cannot be delivered by standard carrier services may be cancelled and refunded.

International orders may be subject to duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
