A Carnelian gemstone was selected for its glassy luster, unique variation of semi-translucent grays and rich deep orange hues. In our Missouri studio, we hand-cut and polished this into a cabochon shape and set in a handcrafted sterling silver Argentium 935 bezel paired with a complementary Argentium silver chain. The Carnelian has been used for centuries in jewelry, amulets and seal making it a timeless and versatile statement piece.
