Coastal Elegance. Cultural Roots. One-of-a-Kind Beauty.

These Wampum Shell Dangle Earrings are handcrafted in our Missouri studio using natural Quahog shells (Mercenaria mercenaria), a native species revered for its soft lavender and cream inner tones. Traditionally used in Wampum jewelry by Native American communities, this shell carries deep cultural meaning and natural artistry.

Each shell is handcut and polished on both sides to reveal the swirling color patterns unique to the individual piece. No dyes, no treatments—just nature’s beauty brought forward through careful craftsmanship. The earrings are finished with Argentium® 935 silver ear wires, a high-purity silver known for its tarnish resistance, hypoallergenic comfort, and recycled origin. A hammered loop detail adds subtle texture and an artisan touch.

✨ Please Note: Because of the shell’s natural form, one earring may hang slightly shorter—about 1/16”—which reflects the authentic, organic charm of this material.
